Baby N. {Sacramento Newborn Photographer}

I had the pleasure of photographing baby K. on Saturday.  It was pouring rain outside, but their house had some wonderful large windows, and we were able to get lots of bright, beautiful pictures.  Little K. was so sleepy and sweet.  Even though she was 17 days old, she was born premature, and was still under 6 pounds.  SO tiny!  A., I hope you enjoy the sneak peek!  I can’t wait to show you the rest of the pictures!!

I bought this darling santa hat last December from etsy (check out LuLusWoobsies here), and had a chance to use it at my newborn session yesterday afternoon.  This little guy was so sweet and very sleepy at six days old.  Here are a few favorites from the session…

I had the wonderful opportunity to photograph this sweet little guy yesterday!  It was VERY dark and rainy outside, but luckily, the light in their home was divine (Yay for huge sliding glass doors!) and baby L. was surprisingly cooperative at two weeks old!  We had a great session and I can hardly wait to share the rest of the pictures with his family.  Here are just a few favorites…

I had the opportunity to photograph this little cutie on my birthday, and what a treat it was!  She was such a little angel and slept soundly the entire time.  When mom pulled out this antique trunk, I just about flipped.  I’ve wanted one for SO LONG and was really excited to get to use hers for the session!

I had so much fun spending a few hours with little K. and his adorable family on Friday!  He is such a sweet little guy and was a definite fan of my space heater.  :)   I have tons of favorites from the session, but here are just a few…

This little guy was so well behaved during his session last week!  He was awake when we needed him to be awake and when he fell asleep, he was OUT.  So we were able to get all of the poses that Mom and Dad had requested.  SO many great images from this session!  It was really hard to only choose a few favorites to showcase on the blog.  Thanks again, N. & C., for inviting me into your home to photograph your gorgeous family!

Little W. {Rocklin Newborn Photographer}

I did my friend, B’s, newborn session a few days ago (I admit that I’m a bit behind on blogging, but I’m trying to catch up!).  Little W. is just such a cutie!  We talked months ago about doing a pose with her baby on their horse’s saddle and I am so excited that it worked out!

P.S.  Isn’t B. such a gorgeous mama?  I think this is my new favorite mom/baby shot!

I had a wonderful time photographing little M. yesterday afternoon!  His mommy was well prepared with lots of knit goodies for me to use (some made by his gran’ma!).  At two weeks old, I rarely am able to get many sleeping pictures, since babies tend to become quite a bit more alert at that age.  However, little M. slept wonderfully and we went from one pose to the next with hardly a peep!
