Baby B. {Monterey Newborn Photographer}

I had the chance to photograph my good friend, Morgan Werner’s, adorable baby boy last month (yeah… I’m a little behind on blogging!).  She drove all the way from Monterey to get pictures, and I am SO glad she did because we had a blast!  Plus, little B. is one of the cutest babies I have EVER seen!!  AND Morgan knits, so she brought some cute, cute, CUTE hats to use for the session!  Here are a bunch of favorites…

With 15% of the votes, the winner is…  NUMBER 12!!!

I have to say, when I arrived at this session and his mommy pulled out this completely adorable hat for me to use, I was ecstatic!  I am a total sucker for adorable knits and then to get to photograph little M. (who is just the cutest, wouldn’t you say?).  *Sigh.*  I was in heaven!  Congrats, H.!  Can’t wait to send you the canvas!!

I had the pleasure of photographing baby K. a few days ago at just one week old.  He was such a sweet little guy!  The weather outside was really gloomy and I was a little worried that we wouldn’t have enough light, but luckily, it was just bright enough in their home to do the session (yay for sliding glass doors!!).  Here are a few, of my MANY favorites, from the session…

I have been meaning to share pictures of the albums that I sell for quite some time.  I completely adore the fine art album!  Pictures do not do it justice (plus, it doesn’t help that I am definitely NOT a product photographer!).  Here are a few pictures of an album I designed for a newborn client recently.  It was like Christmas morning when this came in the mail and I was completely giddy to show it to my clients!!

I had the pleasure of photographing baby K. on Saturday.  It was pouring rain outside, but their house had some wonderful large windows, and we were able to get lots of bright, beautiful pictures.  Little K. was so sleepy and sweet.  Even though she was 17 days old, she was born premature, and was still under 6 pounds.  SO tiny!  A., I hope you enjoy the sneak peek!  I can’t wait to show you the rest of the pictures!!

I bought this darling santa hat last December from etsy (check out LuLusWoobsies here), and had a chance to use it at my newborn session yesterday afternoon.  This little guy was so sweet and very sleepy at six days old.  Here are a few favorites from the session…

I had the wonderful opportunity to photograph this sweet little guy yesterday!  It was VERY dark and rainy outside, but luckily, the light in their home was divine (Yay for huge sliding glass doors!) and baby L. was surprisingly cooperative at two weeks old!  We had a great session and I can hardly wait to share the rest of the pictures with his family.  Here are just a few favorites…

I had the opportunity to photograph this little cutie on my birthday, and what a treat it was!  She was such a little angel and slept soundly the entire time.  When mom pulled out this antique trunk, I just about flipped.  I’ve wanted one for SO LONG and was really excited to get to use hers for the session!
