I love doing maternity sessions!  There’s just something about a gorgeous, glowing mama-to-be that gets me every time.  I’ve worked with this sweet family twice before and was so happy to hear that they were willing to drive from Sacramento to Carmel to do their session with me.  Big sister was super cooperative right at the beginning of the session, so we were able to get some fun family shots and then as she wore out, we were able to focus more on glowing mother.  Seriously, isn’t she gorgeous?!  They welcomed their baby girl right before Christmas and I am SO happy for them!  Here are a handful of my favorites from the session…

I always have so much fun with Morgan!  She is a very talented photographer and a good friend of mine, so when she asked me to take some maternity pictures for her, I was super excited (and a little nervous – as I always am, when taking pictures for another photog).  I can hardly wait to meet her littly guy in a few weeks!!

Aren’t they soooooooo photogenic?  They make it really easy for me.

Remember Miss B.’s maternity session HERE?  Well, she’s due in just a couple of weeks and we’ve been talking for literally MONTHS about doing a session for her in a lake.  She scoped out a gorgeous location for me at a friend’s private lake and the whole thing couldn’t have turned out more perfect!  (Aside from the mud that she nearly got stuck in!  What a trooper!!)  ALL  the pictures from her session are my favorite, so it was nearly impossible to choose which ones to feature here, but I did my best.    Check ‘em out…

 I had tons of fun on Saturday afternoon photographing C. and her cute pregnant belly!   We met up at my new favorite field and then headed over to the older part of Rocklin for some “urban” pictures.  I adore doing maternity sessions!! 

My good friend, B., found an AMAZING new location for me to take pictures!  So I asked her if she wanted to come with me to try out the new spot.  I could not be more thrilled with this location and I’m really excited with how her pictures turned out.  Isn’t she just gorgeous?!  I can hardly wait to meet her new baby boy in a few months!  Here are some favorites from our session…

This lovely couple is about to have their first little boy next month.  So we headed over to the Capitol park to get some portraits of the beautiful mommy to be (doesn’t she just glow?!).   You can definitely feel the love between these two.  Their baby is going to be one lucky little boy!  Thank you, P. and K.  It was fun getting to meet you and I can hardly wait for your baby to arrive!!
