I was super nervous about doing a senior guy session, since this was my first ever, but luckily, Thom is very photogenic and made it really easy for me. He brought his guitar along, and it was the perfect prop to show off his personality! She is a very talented photographer and a good friend of mine, so when she asked me to take some maternity pictures for her, I was super excited (and a little nervous – as I always am, when taking pictures for another photog). I can hardly wait to meet her littly guy in a few weeks!!

It was VERY dark and rainy outside, but luckily, the light in their home was divine (Yay for huge sliding glass doors!) and baby L. was surprisingly cooperative at two weeks old! She was such a little angel and slept soundly the entire time. When mom pulled out this antique trunk, I just about flipped. I’ve wanted one for SO LONG and was really excited to get to use hers for the session!
