The past couple of months have been quite busy around here! We moved from Monterey to the Sacramento area the Saturday after Christmas, so we’ve had a lot of change recently! We adopted two cute kittens, and are quite obsessed with how adorable they are! Here’s Charlie…
I’ve been working hard to get our kids rooms decorated, so they feel at home in our new house. Here is our son’s nautical themed room… you may remember when I shared his room in our old house HERE!My son is completely smitten with little Charlie. And he is the best cat ever! I’m a total animal lover and it’s so sweet watching my kids care for their new pets!My oldest daughter has a mermaid/ocean theme for her room. I really love how it’s coming together, complete with a Serena & Lily chandelier that I’ve been eyeing for months!
Our youngest daughter’s room is a blank slate at the moment. We plan to add picture frame molding and wallpaper, but in the meantime, I sort of love the white! Our girl kitten, Lola. She’s a little shy but very sweet! Spring has already arrived in Sacramento, so we headed out for some spring pictures among the blossoming magnolia trees. I adore how these two sisters act together!A little impromptu tea party with Mr. Charlie! Don’t worry, we only gave him water in his cup! 😉
‘Impressions‘ is a creative project by an eclectic group of female photographers from around the globe. We aim to share the inspiration behind what we do through our bi-monthly posts.
Every other month, we will be sharing 8 images that tell the story of what inspired us in the previous weeks: our families, nature, weather, or maybe even work itself! We are free to explore the meaning of ‘impressions’, and it is likely to change month to month.
