I am always slightly more motivated at the beginning of the year to take more pictures around the house. So for this edition of Impressions, it was hard to decide which images I wanted to share the most!
First up, a couple of freelens shots. I’ve been working to improve my skills with freelensing (taking a picture through a lens that is not attached to the camera). I love the dreamy effect of it. Of course I had to capture my son playing video games… easily his favorite past time!Proof of my oldest daughter’s OCD tendencies. 😉 Just kidding! I love it that she is such an organized girl. But I’m glad I was able to capture it here… she’s also the sweetest big sister I know!
I’m planning on sharing more pictures of my youngest daughter’s bedroom soon. We’ve been having a lot of fun decorating her room with lots of gold, pink, and sparkles! In the meantime, a little sneak peek…My youngest with our sweet ragdoll cat, Jack. He is SO tolerant of her smothering him!Now that my youngest has lost her front baby teeth, I’ve been feeling a bit sad that we are leaving the “little girl” stage behind in exchange for this spunky big girl stage! Love that smile of hers…Lots of trampoline fun these days. We are loving all the gorgeous spring weather!
‘Impressions‘ is a creative project by an eclectic group of female photographers from around the globe. We aim to share the inspiration behind what we do through our bi-monthly posts.
Every other month, we will be sharing 8 images that tell the story of what inspired us in the previous weeks: our families, nature, weather, or maybe even work itself! We are free to explore the meaning of ‘impressions’, and it is likely to change month to month.
Please continue through the circle and see what Vinita Salome is sharing this month. Then continue clicking through the circle till you make it back here… I hope you enjoy all of our posts!
